Legal Advisor Dalfa Group

Rania Dalloul is a Lebanese born on January 18, 1973.
Being raised abroad, she attended the Panthéon-Assas University in France, where in 1992 obtained her Economics baccalaureate with honours and the DEUG diploma a year later.

In 1996 Rania started her career at the Dupré Law Office as an intern to the lawyer of President Jacques Chirac. Today, she is serving as Legal Advisor at the Dalfa Group, the company established in 1983 by her father, a highly respected businessman.
During her studies, Rania, in addition to developing professional legal skills, has learned to be highly efficient in negotiating which later proved to be extremely useful for her professional career. She also learned to process large volumes of information which is vital in working on large scale projects.
Afterwards, she continued her education at the Paris-Sorbonne University, where she received a degree in International Law.
Rania's entire career was connected with the Dalfa Group also known as the Dalloul Family Group where Rania has been working from 1998 to date.
The Dalfa Group has become a global real estate company engaged in operating, developing, leasing and managing world-class properties across the United States, Europe and the Middle East.

Since that time the Dalfa has spanned its operations in various locations with offices based in New York, Beirut, Dubai and Lagos, and now is a member of the 42nd Street Business Improvement District, the Times Square Alliance and the Mayor's Midtown Citizens Committee. Being currently run by Rania's brothers Marwan Dalloul and Ziad Dalloul, it has significantly expanded its business areas; since 2011 the Dalfa Group has entered into franchising agreements with such firms as Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone, Hardee's, Moti Roti, Sahtein, Gustronomy and Auntie Anne's. It is now also involved in the yachting business, offering its customers a charter experience on the luxury yachts.

Rania's mother Maha Kaddoura is a successful businesswoman and the owner of the Kaddoura Association for Philanthropy, a retirement home founder and the member of several institutes (Board of Trustees at Tufts University, Dean's Council of John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, Advisory Board of the IHJR, AUAF and Advisory Board of the LAU).

She is a bright example for her daughter on how to combine career with family life. Not only Rania is a good professional and unreplaceable employee, but a caring mother of seven.
Following her mother's example Rania Dalloul has become a tireless philanthropist. Having adopted 18 children from India she continued extending her help to orphanages in India and Cambodia and various institutions in the Middle East.

Rania Dalloul is also an active feminist supporter; she was one of the dozen thousands of women in London who joined the Women's March against President Donald Trump's inauguration.

Rania Dalloul is not only a successful lawyer but also a devoted athlete.
Running, swimming, biking, circuit training, boot camps, TRX are among her favourite sports which Rania practices on a daily basis.

Rania has also discovered the benefits of Yoga. To balance her inner energy she practices Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga. After Yoga comes time for meditation. Rania has visited India many times in pursuit of harmony. A well balanced combination of Yoga and meditation is essential for focusing one's mind, believes Mrs. Dalloul.

Another passion of Rania Dalloul's is cooking. Mediterranean cuisine is where Rania has excelled, in her friends' and family's opinion. She has even published a cook book so that anyone can taste her culinary creations.
